  1. ignore NA after the merge step
  2. if Q1=Q2, ignore the spor; if Q2=Q3, ignore the freq;
  3. when to change 0 to 0.1? need a discussion with John
  4. add pic function
  5. change the function name: from feautre_filter to reccurence_assessment
  6. add a number of prevalence function in the prevalence step.
