Issue with reaction #5

When you go through the setup, it creates the message any everything, however when I react myself to the message it creates the channel and such, however when a random user/or alt does it, it does nothing, doesnt remove reaction or anything the event for reactionAdd doesnt run either.

Hi Faulty,

I am unsure to why this is happening, but my resource hasn't been updated for a while. If the issue persists I will update the resource this weekend. I will start it from scratch and hopefully improve in it.
