This pull request is mainly for updating status and confidentiality in current observations on Firebase to numerical values instead of string so it could be easily changed names in app.
Main changes
Add python folder for database and MPA scripts
Add notebook to backup collections, update documents and delete collections
After updating fields, corresponding status and confidentiality will have the following numerical values.
