As mentioned in #84 I would like to make a filter node that we can use to add pre-specified filters to limited sections of the screen.
Shader effects to include:
[x] Blur
[x] Glow
[x] Contrast
[x] Edge detect (sobel filter)
[x] Grayscale
[x] Invert
