Unified audio transcription feature to help produce standard NENA-format texts

A new interface is proposed to assist a consistent approach to the transcription and translation of audio files and the cleaning of the existing corpus.

It should compete favourably with MS Word for easy of entry (including custom keyboard shortcuts) and enforce a consistent output (in agreed NENA format) regardless of who is doing the transcription/translation. It should take advantage of interactive transcription to automate the task of alignment of the texts with their audio file.
