[BUG] Layer Visibility Issue #2532

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Issues with visibility of layers in services with multiple layer groups. Example: c3a9b15d-3cd9-4548-96ee-031c9147f625).

If I disable the display of all layers in both layer groups and individually reactivate the visibility of a layer within a group, the visibility at the level of this group is activated, but the visibility of the entire service remains inactive. As a result, nothing is displayed on the map: image

Expected Behavior

Layer visibility should cascade from child to parent and show the layer.
