Make landing page for link from CR community ads (and in general) #58

It looks like we are going to be part of the CR community ads based on votes we are currently 2nd only behind the good people @ Rubberduck. We should have a nice landing page that carries over the message from the ad in more detail, along with links to various things for interested parties to "get started".

Here are some smaller steps in order to achieve this larger one:

[x] Rename the current index.html
[ ] Update links in the menus and test
[x] Import resources for the new landing page (reference App Plus theme from ThemeWagon which @Phrancis and @marcandregirard have a copy of)
[x] Re-map index.html to the new landing page
[ ] Add content and images to the new landing page

I think this may be done since you merged landing-page in master :+1:
