As a site owner, I want to know that my site has been manually tested so that it is confirmed to work properly.

Acceptance Criteria -testing.md created which demonstrates and describes multiple manual tests used to check SyntheStory functions correctly.

Manual testing complete. Validation and pictures still need to be added to MANUAL_TESTS.md but that is part of Validation user story.
