[Feature Request] Allow students to "star" queues #4

Since there are a lot of queues to choose from in the Sidebar, it would be nice to let students pick their most frequently-used queues and display them separately on the top of the Sidebar. (That way, they won't have to scroll each time they load the page.)

I tried it on mobile, but I only had a 50% success rate when tapping the ā€œfavoriteā€ button. (The other taps would select the queue / toggle the collapsible.)

I wondered if it might be more helpful for students to star a specific queue if a course has multiple queues. But I canā€™t think of a good design when only a subset of queues from a course should be displayed on top... So maybe the current design is better :)
