Add ccmp lookup and smcp lookup to handle soft dotted idotbelow iogonek i-cy je-cy with common top marks the same way i j are handled.

After merging your PR, I can no longer export Ysabeau because the custom parameters changing the family name for the spin-off instances are missing. Not sure whether that's due to the PR, or something @yanone did, or perhaps due to a new version of Glyphs...?

Aha, looking at the file history, it happened on @yanone's watch. Not your fault then!
