canvg.js no last version #1

the canvg.js is not the last version, there is a bug with child gradients there's not a 'stop' type

Thanks @luckysemiosis, I'll take a look and push an update. In the meantime, the coupling is very loose, so you should just be able to drop in the latest canvg version at your end.
