Figure out the merge of the RHS variables

Load the diplo recog, pres/SoS visit, and defense agreement data.

Will be a bit tricky since some (Kinne's) are larger than the 25mb github limit. May need to compress those rdata files externally before putting them into the inst/extdata folder

iiss_afghan.RDS is final LHS data

Sorry for the delay. Flight back wiped me out for a day.

FYI, I just finished the RHS data and merged it with troop data. @jandresgannon you have the option to review and then finish the merge with the master branch. Or if you don't want, then I can just merge to master myself.

Go ahead and merge to master

Done. Ok sounds good. I'm switching over to some modeling and writing now.

Just realized we/I forgot to include measures of network position in RHS data. No bigge though, I used this as an opportunity to finally build a list with every alliance network from 1816-2012 in R. I have the 2001-2012 networks saved in the data folder in an ongoing branch. Once I calculate measures of how embedded and central nodes are this afternoon, I'll add that to the dataset and merge to the master branch.
