SkyhawkKerbalism defines a Kerbalism experiment with id "sss_basicWeatherImaging" for the bluedog_TIROS satellite, but the corresponding EXPERIMENT_DEFINITION here has a NEEDS[!FeatureScience]. Fixed it by removing the NEEDS[!FeatureScience].
