Further description of the enhancement:
Instead of keeping track of stats and posting them on a web page, we should
have been keeping track of stats locally per game and displaying them for all
of the players to see as the game goes on.
- A rewards system is what I'm talking about.
- A way to let people brag as the game progresses.
- Say after 100 kills a message shows on screen saying Marine, blank has
reached 100 brutal kills.
- Then we trigger a fire animation or a shock animation on their marine for 10
seconds.
- It could expand to CAMPAIGN wide stats.
- Things it could Display...
*GOOD*
- - Friendly Fire Good
- - Melee kills
- - Explosive kills
- - Kills
- - Close calls ( where a marine gets below 5 health and survives )
- - Medic Saves ( heals more than 1000 health etc. - trigger healing animation
on medic when getting a reward? )
- - Parasite Kills ( 10, 20, 40 etc. )
- - Shield Bug Kills ( 5, 10, 20, etc. )
- - Queen Kills ( 2, 4, 8 etc. )
- - Drone Kills ( 100, 200, 400 ) Jumpers and drones.
*BAD*
- - Times infected ( 5, 10, 20 )
- - Friendly Fire Bad 2, 4
- - Deaths 3, 6
