Link API javadocs from the homepage #15

Before using or even downloading this jar, the first thing I 'd like to check 
is the API, to see if it's of a decent quality. Since I can't check that, I 
presume the worse and don't download it :(

The link was already presents from the http://www.unitsofmeasurement.org/ page 
- but maybe you were looking at the https://code.google.com/p/unitsofmeasure/ 
page? In which case yes we need to put links in the later.

Martin, I think it would be nice to add a back link from the Google code 
homepage to the unitsofmeasurement.org page.
