What is the Task

Given an address, describe the neighborhood uses

Why do we want to do this

Step 5 of the TSA is to Describe neighborhood uses Such as residential area, retail area, school zone, recreation center, community center, etc

How can I get started?

We may have to find other sources of information that can say if an area is a residential area, retail area, school zone, recreation center, community center, etc.

Definition of Done

Have a function that can provide a list of neighborhood uses given an address
