Continuous Deployment of opendata.chattlibrary.org #2

What would it take to get the current portal at opendata.chattlibrary.org to have its source stored in this repository so that work can be done in the open and accept contributions? @jeremiak and I are interested in contributing and continuing to work with the Open Data Portal after we return to SF - GitHub would be a great way to tie everything together!

Super glad to hear this, though. Also, I just sent @aplannersguide some info on Vagrant and Docker.

Ha yes I might need to push that to Saturday give me some breathing room. I'd like to use Docker, but I think it'd be prudent for it to mature just a bit more before using it in a production setting. Vagrant and Ansible are definitely items that are here to stay, or at least are things I'm going to contribute to this project for anyone else that's interested in using them.
