Enable Disqus Extension? #22

This would allow users to comment on datasets. This is separate from issue #17

It would be great to have some method of allowing feedback on datasets, beyond the simple rating capability. This could potentially bring context to the ratings/prioritization. I'm not familiar with the Disqus Extension, but if it seems to be a good method of enabling commenting, I'm all for it.
