We have received two reviews of your paper. They are generally positive, but a major revision is required. In particularly three issues must be addressed

  1. The details of the modeling approach should be further elaborated as suggested by Reviewer 1.
  2. It would be prudent to present some additional statistics (see Reviewer 2 comments); e.g. post-model diagnostics if available (notably, goodness-of-fit tests)
  3. Results & Discussions need to be significantly improved by discussing how your findings relate to the findings reported in the worldwide literature.
