Restated citations used in section 2 when discussion is referencing it. Didn't add new citations; only used existing ones.

@nicklucius - Please ensure you can generate the PDF on your machine. Checks-out on mine. If you approve, please also merge the request. Then generate a new release and then resubmit to the journal. I don't think we need a separate letter.

However, you may want to clarify whether this is going in Water Research or their new open journal (the editor letter was confusing).

Thanks @tomschenkjr. I have an email thread with the editor-in-chief about being in the Water Research X (the open access journal), and will revive it to make sure it's handled correctly.
