Wii config for ProController operation

Sorry, but I don't want to merge this. I think this will be cluttered and confusing.

It would be acceptable if we could have a per-game option to configure which type of controls to use.

That's pretty much impossible. The Wii bar/wiimote scanning seems to break connections to other controllers. So unless you want to give menu access to people (and I understand why not) then there's just no way to provide support for Wii. And the fact that it's present but doesn't work without a WiiMote already seems to be confusing people.

All we would need is a toggle in Chimera. Definitely possible.

So you might still need the config at least...use the toggle to switch between the two?
