Create a Milestone Badge to celebrate contributors who have successfully merged four pull requests (PRs). This badge will recognize their consistency, commitment, and growth within the open-source community.

Requirements:

The badge should align with the Chimoney brand identity.
The badge should celebrate accomplishment and progression.

Design Guidelines:

Format: PNG
Resolution: Minimum 500x500 pixels
Size: Up to 2MB
Background: Transparent
Outline: White sticker-like outline
Ensure the design can be easily integrated into emails or added as comments on GitHub.

@phyleria I would like to work on this , will create a badge for four merged PRS I got the badge last year so I have a idea what can I prepare

Thanks so much for your work on this! Here are a few points of feedback I got to help refine it:

Please update the text to say Chimoney Hacktoberfest instead of Hacktoberfest Chimoney.
It seems like the left edge of the symbol is slightly cut off—could you adjust that?
Lastly, it might be worth adding some depth to the design to make it pop a bit more.
