Complicated command name `addEcName`

Users have to use caps twice just to use the addEcName command. This is not suitable for fast typers as the command is error prone.

Suggestion: parse addEcName to lowercase in logic, so that users who dont use caps lock eg addecname, can still use the command.

Same can be applied to other commands like addEcNumber and addExamScore

Justification for not in scope: According to the guidelines, what was provided was a suggestion. Furthermore, the work done to the implement the feature for adding emergency contact name was more important than fixing this minor bug. Moreover, the UG clearly states the command format, as such, there would not be any issues if the users followed the correct command as stated.
