Archimorph generates more energy than it can store as a Turbine Coil #274

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I recently built a Bigger Reactor Turbine using Archimorph as a coil for a turbine, and noticed a problem. While my generator produces 300MRF/T, I'm only ever able to get 120~ out of it. After searching around for a bit, I noticed that the internal battery of the turbine was exactly equal to how much energy I was pulling out of it. Archimorph is literally so efficient and so good that its energy production dwarfs the capacity of the battery.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Build a large turbine with Archimorph as the coil. I haven't done exact math, but any size that's a dozen blocks wide should work .
  2. Feed it infinite steam and trash all the water it produces
  3. Activate the turbine
  4. Notice that the RF/T is much larger than the battery size at the ideal turbine speeds (~900rpm and ~1800rpm)
  5. (optional) measure the output of the turbine using Flux Points or other methods to verify the output from a tap

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. If a Bigger Reactor generates 300MRF/T, you should be able to extract 300MRF/T

Modpack version 4.8 (or any version that has the Archimorph as a turbine coil) Java Version 17.0.11 Modpack Launcher Used Prism Ram Allocated 8GB

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. Fixing this should be pretty easy, if you just bump the battery size per coil block in Bigger Reactors config (BatterySizePerCoilBlock under Turbine). It won't make normal turbines much better, they'll just be bigger batteries, but it'll make the archimorph just work.
