Hi @elabpro . Thanks for your enthusiasm. I don't use NetBeans anymore and thus I don't support my plugins anymore too.
BUT I recommend you to fork the plugin (as written in the comment to your pull-request for the hg-toolbar-plugin). Change the plugin ID, add yourself as the author/maintainer, change URLs (a.s.o), build a signed plugin bundle and publish it to plugins.netbeans.org. I will guide you, if problems arise, but the job is up to you.
