Cleans up the Manifest and updates DataDriven to v0.6.x

@ChrisRackauckas I will do the loop evaluation in addition, but right now the new release should be ready.

Small note: I will reiterate Scenario 1 shortly, due to the training results the identified equations are slightly of ( 0.1 for the interaction in the predator dynamics)
