Add support for raising your hand and pinning a presentation.

I noticed the toggling logic is tied to muting, so I ended up continuing that metaphor to muting any arbitrary aria-label.

Hey @gototen, I'm not sure what happened, but this PR looks to be only changes from willnorris's fork that have already been squash-merged into this repo (https://github.com/ChrisRegado/streamdeck-googlemeet/pull/1). I don't see the code for hand raising or pinning in here.

Yeah something got messed up. I will create a new fork and new PR.
