Enabling RealChute parachute staging for SDHI ParaDocks by default

When SDHI SMS is used in conjunction with RealChutes v.1.2.6.1, I've noticed that (by default) there is no staging icon for the parachute-equipped docking ports - the icon appears if the user manually sets Staging = Enabled in the part's right-click context menu.

Is there a way to force the staging icon to appear by default?

Further details:

• All other RealChutes part show staging icons by default
• SDHI paradocks contain RealChuteModule, ModuleLight and ModuleDockingNode
• SDHI parachutes are not procedural

Turns out that TweakableEverything was the cause.
