Use fixed increments for sliders #71

Change the sliders to use fixed increments:

0.005 atmosphere for the pressure slider
100 meters for the minimum deployment altitude
50 meters for the deployment altitude

Unfortunately I might be rendering this useless, I'm looking into options to switch all UI to the new Unity UI system and import everything as assets. I'll take a look though.
