Streambaby no longer displays in Showcases

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download latest zip file with cc config changes
2. edit the ini to include cc.background.transparency=0
3. start streambaby

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see server listed in Tivo in the Showcases.  It used to appear that, 
but with system 20.2, it no longer does.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.
telnetted to server on port 7290 to confirm server was listening

Service is now dead in the water... does not work with TiVo.

This appears to be a non-issue.  It appears to have been causes by an 
intermittent physical networking issue.
