Cannot equip Special gem despite not having one equipped #390

My friend is unable to equip Special gems even though she does not have one equipped. I wasn't able to test this for myself because I didn't have any Special gems.

Expected behavior: Special gem can successfully be equipped

Actual behavior: User is met with an error message about having a special gem active already.

The error message from owo isn't very specific. The problem is that you cannot use a special gem when the event has ended. You can only use the special gems during an event to increase the chance of a special pet.

Could the error message be changed to reflect this then?
