Python chgframe uses NAIF/NASA SPICE in order to perform frame transformations.
spiralfndr finds the best initial true anomaly prior to have the minimum and maximum heliocentric velocity when reaching the SOI. This PR also adds the graphs of this, with a 5 degree step.
