Added Russian translation, for main and optional mods.
Files were saved in right encoding, but GitHub may convert it, so if the game will show strange characters instead of normal text, encoding should be altered to Windows-1251 (Cyrillic) like on the screenshot.
In Notepad, this is ANSI encoding.
