Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Notepanda currently cannot run on Linux ARM devices.

Describe the solution you'd like Add Linux ARM support (Provide armhf and arm64 deb packages)

Describe alternatives you've considered At least provide a binary package of Linux ARM.
