Feature Request: Publish v3.12.4 #242

Hello,

Would it be possible to merge this PR: https://github.com/CircleCI-Public/cimg-python/pull/241

The goal is to publish the cimg/python:3.12.4 so that it can be used on CircleCI.

We are bumping the python version on our project and we would like to run the CI pipeline with the same python version.
