Cluster upgrade status check fails if cluster has never been upgraded #11

On clusters that have never been upgraded, you will get the following error and the upgrade status check will fail.

Accessing upgrade status had exception: StException severity: error
_message: Unable to find job with job type :cluster_upgrade_service id: 9
