@akinross It seems like the Galaxy-importer check is failing because of sanity issues appearing in previous existing modules. Should I make changes about it or should I create a new issue?

If it is something small would make change in the PR. If it is bigger then create issue and separate PR. Likely we need to merge that one then first and rebase this PR,
