AVOS-Horizon uses Django>=1.4.2,<1.7 However Horizon/Kilo uses Django<1.9,>=1.8, Causing number of argument issues.

To clarify, this release is built for Icehouse and has not been tested against Juno/Kilo/Liberty.

A version is under development that fixes a lot of bugs and is expected to drop sometime in 2016.
