Google Apps integration does not work with SAML 2 #11

We tried deploying 6.1.3 relying on SAML IDP to provide support for Google Apps authentication. However, CAS would not redirect back to Google after a successful authentication. I think Google's not conforming to the SAML 2.0 spec.

We have to revert back to the custom GoogleApps SAML implementation.
