The directory web application has been modified to only give out certain fields of information about a person, even if that person is allowed to be show to the outside world. We need to add checks for whether a field even exists before we use it.
For right now, the phone phone number fields are available to internal applications only. A person's contact info currently only contains "fax" and "pager". We intend for the "pager" field to be the person's main phone number displayed to the outside world.
