Error on 15479 - you cannot transfer a closed case #103

I closed this case using an outcome that has an action of CLOSE, not transfer. I then got an error message stating you cannot transfer a closed case. I did not select a transfer so I am not sure where the error message is coming from...

Vanessa, could you please give us the access to that queue so we can troubleshoot correctly?

You should have access to the bicycle queue

I suspect this has the same cause as #102.

4.3.0 build497 addresses this issue.
