Ticket not routed to the correct queue after the transfer #114

Boston: Android (512) and iOS (509) transfer from Code Enforcement Collection to Pickup Dumping/Trash

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create Overflowing Trash Can ticket on BOS:311 app (test)
  2. Go to Spot Workforce and search for that Overflowing Trash Can ticket (in Recent or Worklist)
  3. Complete task: Inspect Empty Litter Basket (Outcome: CE- Illegal Dumping; Transfer To: Trash Dumped Illegally + mandatory questions)
  4. Ticket will be transferred to Trash Dumped Illegally SR (PWD Code Enforcement queue)
  5. Go to Recent or Worklist and search for that ticket (Trash Dumped Illegally SR / PWD Code Enforcement queue)
  6. Complete task: Inspect Illegal Dumping (Outcome: Violation Issued - CE Collection; Transfer To: Code enforcement collection (it's already populated) + mandatory questions)

Expected:

  1. Ticket will be transferred to Code Enforcement Collection SR **(PWD District Yard queue (District 1-12))
  2. new task will be created Pickup Dumping/Trash screen shot 2018-05-04 at 10 16 14 am

Actual:

  1. Ticket is transferred to Code Enforcement Collection SR and routed to PWD Code Enforcement queue
  2. new task will be created Pickup Dumping/Trash screen shot 2018-05-07 at 9 31 02 am

NOTE: Connected Bits doesn't manipulate queues. We only read what comes from API. Incapsulate, please take a look at this issue. Logs:

there is an issue with the API then, because I just created an Illegal Dumping in SF, then used the Transfer button to transfer this case to CE Collection and this new case was sent to the right district queue. I then created another Illegal Dumping case in SF and used the activities (tasks) to transfer this case to a CE Collection. This new case also had the right district queue.
