Vanessa,
two of those tickets have the same address, so it looks like there are 3 tickets on the map. Zoom in around Nothinghill and you should see two tickets next to each other. I hope it helps.
Ok, so I left 4 cases in my worklist and created 2 RT cases for 1 Wallingford Road. When I switched to map, I saw 3 cases, zoomed in to Wallingford Road and saw 2 (totaling 4). Cool. I closed on RT for Wallingford and created a BI (bird infestation) for 1 Wallingford. Total of 4 again in my worklist, but now I have two different SRs with the same address. Toggled to map view and I saw 3. Zoomed in to Wallingford and only could see BI, not RT + BI.
Am I missing something here? I should have seen both, right? RT and BI.
It would be cool to signal duplicates with color. So if you have to RT's on the same address, the markers are X color, signaling same SR and same address. If you have a RT and an AP on the same address, you mark it with Y color, signaling there are different SRs but same address.
Good catch. Newer versions of Workforce will have more obvious clustering.
Cool! Not that is a big deal. We can explain it to people.
I noticed that from work list to completed by you, my list count was one more than the map count, when they should be the same. For example, if I have 5 items in my work list I should see 5 items when I toggle from list view to map.
As you can see in the image, the top bar says 4, yet I only see 3 on the map.
