Missing TREEMAINT in BOS311 #143

I am using boston2.spotworkforce.com for UAT. Correct? I don't see TREEMAINT in BOS311, yet it is Available/GET/POST in the API list. Any ideas?

Yeah https://boston2.spotworkforce.com is the right server for BOS311.

Hmm. TREEMAINT is both active and accessible to BOS311. I think the issue is related to our Service list limit(100) which probably defaulted to a bit too low for the number of Services CoB has. Let me increase that and see if it fixes it.

It looks like that was the issue. Should be all fixed now.

I've also added a hard-error to our system if the new limit(250) is ever exceeded so this will be easy to detect in the future.

Hi Elijah, does this take some time to sync? I can check tomorrow again but i can't see it now

Vanessa, I'd suggest doing a "soft reset" from the app settings (where you put in the url). Eli's fix was a one-time change behind the scenes, and probably isn't being picked up by your mobile app.

did that and Tree trimming (tree maintenance) popped right in :)
