I hope you're both well and everything is going well in DoIT. I have a time sensitive ask for you both - our MPS officers have been having an increasing number of encounters at our properties and have asked if we could get some signage for when the buildings are open for appointment only, and to post clear signage for areas that are subject to trespassing. Both signs would need to be able to be posted outdoors.

Would you please be able to mock up some designs for these two signs? And once we have a design - we would need to order them - likely multiple copies of each. Happy to process a PO and pay whomever we need to pay - first time doing this so please let me know whatever you need from us.

When do you need them by? As soon as you can - MPS are concerned these encounters will increase over the coming weeks. What do you need it to say? One should say "NO TRESPASSING" and in smaller print across the bottom "Property Management Department, City of Boston" The other should say "Building Open By Appointment Only Due To COVID-19" and in smaller print across the bottom "Property Management Department, City of Boston What logos should be applied? The PMD logo and COB "B" please.

Hey Sebastian,

These look awesome! Thank you and apologies for the delay in getting you edits. Looping in Cynthia Strout here who may have something additional to add.

Please see below for edits:

Additionally when and if you have time, could you mock up a third sign - same size as the "No Trespassing" sign, but that says "No Unauthorized Vehicle Access" at the top and "Deliveries and Visitors Must Check In With Attendant" with the City Seal and same edits as the no trespassing sign above?

Thank you so much for your help,

Sam
