State of the Map 2018 presence

Being present on SotM is quite important. I'll apply for a grant to present CityZen there, but also more presence is needed. Here are some ideas:

• finalize the communication plan as mentioned here #12
• printing of business cards as mentioned here #5
• any other promo material;
• info booth (if this is possible).
