Website: add a link to GitHub wiki for documentation #39

In the footer of the website we should add a link to 'documentation' close to 'License', 'Privacy policy' 'Credits' and 'Community'. The link where the documentation is hosted can be found here: https://github.com/CityZenApp/Project-Management/wiki. Many thanks.
