Rename Table of Contents #6

a. Can we rename it “On this page” “ Dans cette page” b. The title of the box disappears when we scroll can we make it stay? c. The table of contents colours should match the gateway the page is in. (different coulours) d. Table of content is pushed to the bottom of the page in IE

  1. For the title of the ToC that would be an enhancement to the code Dave wrote.
  2. We might be able to get the title to stick but we need to leave something behind for the list to anchor itself to upon returning
  3. Colours are in the works in a separate issue.
  4. That should be resolved with the Respond.js stuff but I'll double check.

For future reference, can you avoid stacking several issues into one post? Makes it hard to track what has/hasn't be done yet.

Just tested ToC in IE, works just fine.
