AS a developer I WANT the hero animated type writer text to be centered SO THAT the user has a consistent UX experience on any device/display size

[ ] Check that the tailwind JavaScript settings
[ ] Change text settings to centered
[ ] Test locally to ensure the change displays correctly on different devices
[ ] Push changes up to deployed TBT Ed site
