Gesture to open close fly out #80

Hello,

I'm upgrading a few apps to the unified API and have upgraded the fly out control to the latest version. Previously my apps got the open/close gesture for "free". It looks like something has changed with the latest version. Would you explain how to get the gestures back?

I see the change, it was in commit 3471c0d9ff7dfd86db460391fdd64c73da0bd512 where it was change to an edge swipe. I was used to swiping in the middle of the view to open it.
